Lunar New Year
On Saturday, February 17th, we will celebrate Lunar New Year at Kids Discovery Station! We will have Lion Dancers performing live at the museum, the Asian American Association do crafts, and our local coffee vendor present an Asian inspired menu to our customers.

We are so excited to announce our Lunar New Year Event!
On Saturday, February 17th, we will celebrate Lunar New Year at Kids Discovery Station!
The Asian American Association of UC Merced will be at the museum from 10am to 5pm leading festive crafts and educating about Asian cultures celebrating Lunar New Year.
At 1pm, UC Merced's Lion Dance Club will be here performing a traditional Lion Dance.
ASIP (Merced's local coffee vendor) will be selling their coffee from 3pm on with a special Asian inspired menu.
